من حدود یک ماه تمرین دارم و ۲بار برونفکنی داشتم یک بار قبل از خواب تمرین تنفس انجام دادم و در این حین یاد کسی افتادم که خیلی اذیتم کرده بود و الان فوت کرده وگله کردم از خدا که آیا راحت هستن و جزایی نیست در این حال بودم دیدم کسی پایین تخت هست و من با او رفتم گفتم من خوابم؟ گفت بیداری آمدم جواب سوالت رو بدم اول منو برد جلو آیینه و خودم رو دیدم دوباره رفتم کنار تختم جسمم رو دیدم من یک آسمان بالا تر برد و جایی بود تصاویر تمام آسمانها بود گفت کدام قسمت بریم و من رو برد و جاهای زیبایی رو دید و قسمتی دیگر برد که اونشخص مرده بود پ شرایطش را نشانم داد بعد از چند جا رفتن یهو دیدم کنار آیینه هستم آمدم کنار تخت و درون جسم برگشتم
